mixed experience at this hotel
dirty dishes bar condition
the breakfast area cleanliness was poor i saw dirty dishes and cutlery. the table settings looked like they had not been cleaned properly. also the bar was not well kept tables were dirty and staff seemed more interested in playing pool than cleaning.

The room has comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The location is near a BTS station and makes travel easy. Two 7-Eleven stores are close. This adds convenience.

A Romantic Getaway
ideal location friendly staff super clean room cozy bed
The location was ideal (right near everything I needed). The staff were really friendly and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for me when I needed one. My room was super clean upon arrival. The bed was cozy. I slept very well each night.
The gym was a little small. It only had a few pieces of equipment.

My One Bedroom Premier Suite included a living area with comfortable seating and a work desk. This was perfect. There was also a small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided fluffy towels.

The front desk staff were available 24/7 and were always quick to answer my questions and give directions (they had so much patience). Housekeeping ensured my room was immaculate daily, with fresh linens and well-stocked amenities.

Breakfast offered a selection of both Western and Asian dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The rooftop bar had amazing city views. It was a lovely spot to unwind after a long day. (I really enjoyed the cocktails!).

Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location!

I had a comfortable and super clean room . The water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well. I found the hotel's proximity to Nana Plaza and the vibrant Sukhumvit area especially convenient. The hotel staff helped me find a taxi from their own GRAB account. That was excellent!
The room smelled a little like humidity, likely due to lack of ventilation. This was only a minor issue.

The gym included decent equipment, also a rooftop bar provided great relaxation options. Two 7-Elevens were very close, offering ultimate convenience for quick shopping and essential supplies. The rooftop pool area added another layer of enjoyment to my visit.

friendly staff easy access clean room rooftop pool
I found the staff very friendly and helpful . The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. From there, I could easily walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The room was clean and spacious. I especially liked the rooftop pool and bar.
The in-house menus felt somewhat limited, particularly for Western tastes. I managed with the available options.

Not a Quiet Stay
The room was quite large. That did meet my expectations.
I requested a quiet room, yet I received a room facing the street.. The windows offered no sound isolation, and I could barely sleep. This was after more than 15 hours of travel.
